White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki responds to a question from Fox News' Peter Doocy suggesting that the administration is "spying on a dozen Facebook accounts that are spreading misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccines. "That was quite a loaded and inaccurate question," Psaki says. Doocy then goes on to ask if past statements by Dr. Anthony Fauci about mask-wearing in the early days of the pandemic will be taken down from Facebook. Psaki says that social media platforms are responsible for taking down content, not the administration, and that the concern of everyone, including the media, should be to stop misinformation that may cause people not to get vaccinated against the deadly virus and thereby cost lives. close
