Pentagon Spokesman John Kirby responds to several questions about new reporting from the Washington Post's Bob Woodward and Robert Costa that following the January 6 attack on the Capitol Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair General Mark Milley called an emergency meeting to review protocols for the launch of a nuclear attack by the president and that he had phone conversations with his Chinese counterpart amid concerns in Beijing.
