The United States is the second largest vehicle manufacturer in the world.

Bradley Knobel, Master Certified sales professional at Diffee Ford Lincoln shares that in 2020, 8,822,399 vehicles were manufactured in the United States, thus production decreased by 16.25% (1,711,254 vehicles) compared to 2019, in which 10,533,653 automobiles were manufactured.

Bradley Knobel indicates that, of the total vehicles manufactured, 78.16%, 6,895,604 units, were commercial and 1,926,795, 21.84%, were passenger vehicles.

“If we look at the evolution of vehicle manufacturing in the United States, we see that it has decreased compared to 2015, when it was 12,100,095 vehicles, unlike when compared to 2010, which was 7,743,093 automobiles,” says Bradley Knobel.
