College expert advisor reveals insider information that universities would rather hide. The official independent CLA test shows how much value universities add to the students. How much do students learn things (critical thinking, analytic reasoning, problem solving, and written communications) that the universities claim they teach? One third of American undergraduates do not get any better in these skills (ages 17-21), when merely being alive should be enough to get them higher scores. For those who do improve, there is minimal learning. How will we survive as a society without ensuring that adults have these important real world skills? close
