Ukrainian Ambassador to the U.N. Sergiy Kyslytsya tells the General Assembly that the building in which his immediate family was staying in Kyiv came under attack from Russian air strikes that killed at least 11 people and injured several others. Ambassador Kyslytsya says that that his family members were unable to go to a bomb shelter because there was no electricity. "Russia has already killed some of my family members. And we see no end to that cruelty," he says. close
