The Senate is expected to follow before sending it to the president for his signature. The $858 billion compromise bill increases spending levels on fiscal year 2022 levels and includes a repeal of the Pentagon's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for military personnel, as well as providing $10 billion in aid to Taiwan$800 million in security assistance for Ukraine.
