Note Norman misunderstood my question, as I seek to REDUCE liberal pork spending, not increase. I'm very Conservative, Google me, Gordon Wayne Watts in Florida: only if student borrowers can assert bankruptcy self-defense will DOE be more reluctant to lend trillions like the liberal spenders they are.
