Missed programs on the C-SPAN networks over the past few days and want to watch the archived video?

Here are some events from the week:

On Tuesday, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City heard oral argument in ACLU v. Clapper, which challenged the National Security Agency's bulk collection of American's phone records.

Secretary of State John Kerry and his predecessors Henry Kissinger, James Baker, Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell, and Hillary Clinton spoke at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new U.S. Diplomacy Center Wednesday.

Also on Wednesday, incumbent Senator Kay Hagan (D-NC) and her opponent Republican Thom Tillis (R) took part in their first debate of the North Carolina Senate race.

In the only debate ahead of the California governor's race, incumbent Jerry Brown (D) and challenger Neel Kashkari (R) covered issues including immigration reform, education, and infrastructure Thursday.

Singer Demi Lovato spoke at a conference hosted by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Thursday about her personal experience with mental illness. Representative Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) and Virginia State Senator Creigh Deeds (D) also delivered remarks how mental illness has affected them and their families.

On Friday, President Obama took reporters' questions at the conclusion of the NATO summit in Wales. topics included the ceasefire agreement in Ukraine and how to best dismantle the Islamic State network (also known as ISIS or ISIL).
