  • Review the provided SCOTUS Comparison Question Prompts 1-4 and SCOTUS Comparison Question Prompts 5-8 in either an individual or jigsaw format.
  • Use the provided tables to create a plan for responding to each element of your your selected prompt(s).
  • If there are prompts for which you struggle to develop a response plan, or content with which you are not conversant, use the available C-SPAN Classroom resources to extend your understanding of the required founding documents and SCOTUS cases.
