House Session - October 17, 1989

The House resumed debate on conference report H.R. 3026 for FY90 District of Columbia government appropriations and agreed to concur with the Senate’s previous amendment. The House also agreed to conference report H.R. 2989, FY90 Treasury Department, which makes appropriations for the U.S. Postal Service and the executive branch. While under suspension of the rules the House passed six other pieces of legislation.
