House Passes FAA Reauthorization, 387-26
House Session - November 25, 1991

The U.S. House Of Representatives passed H.R. 3750, to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for a voluntary system of spending limits and benefits for House of Representatives elections. The House agreed to the Senate amendment to H.R. 1776, to authorize the U.S. Coast Guard Budget for fiscal year 1992.
