The House of Representatives met for Legislative business. Members debated the Family & Medical Leave Bill - H.R. 1. The Bill would require businesses with more than 50 employees to provide 12 weeks of unpaid leave to workers who want to spend more time with a child or sick family member. President Bill Clinton supports the Bill.
