Senate Passes Foreign Aid Package 79-18
House Session - November 18, 1993

In today’s session of the U.S. House of Representatives, the House took up continued consideration of the Mining Reform Bill. The House also took up a measure to make it a federal crime to use force to intentionally injure, intimidate, or interfere with anyone seeking or providing abortion services. Then lawmakers considered legislation that would reinstate the Environmental Protection Agency to a cabinet-level standing.
