The House received a message from the Senate. The Senate passed H.R. 428 amended. Senate agreed to H. Con. Res. 74 and H. Con. Res. 108.

ONE MINUTE SPEECHES - The Speaker announced that one minute speeches would be postponed until later in the legislative day.
