The House Will Convene At 12:00 PM Today
House Session - January 27, 2020

The House considered four bills under suspension of the rules, including legislation authorizing federal grants at the Education Department to help teachers develop and improve Holocaust education programs. Members from both parties came to the floor to reflect on the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. Several shared stories of their visits there, and others remembered family members who were killed.
