House Session - November 9, 2023

The House continued work on a fiscal year 2024 Department of the Treasury and White House spending bill. Members had been expected to complete work on the measure; however, it was pulled from the floor at the last minute, due to a lack of votes. The was the second spending bill of the week pulled because it did not have enough Republican votes to pass.
