The House approved the Senate-passed final version of the fiscal year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act, which provides $886 billion in national defense funding. It also includes an extension of the FISA surveillance authority, known as Section 702, until April 19, 2024. Members also passed a suspension bill that requires the Department of Health and Human Services to establish the National Parkinson’s Project, to coordinate efforts to diagnose and cure Parkinson’s Disease.
