CR, pp. S7459-S7544. The Senate continued consideration of S.2455, to provide for the death penalty in drug related killings. The Senate agreed to a conference report on H.R. 1212, to prevent the denial of employment opportunities by prohibiting the use of lie detectors by employers involved in interstate commerce. A message was read from the president in which he proposed “The President’s Pro-Life Act of 1988.”
