The American Postal Workers Union and Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations co-hosted an event on bioterrorism in the workplace. Speakers discussed recent mailings of biohazardous material and what steps the public and private sector should take to curtail the effects of these attacks. Speakers included Assistant Labor Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health John Henshaw and Director of the Centers of Disease Control Dr. Jeffrey Koplan. The speakers responded to questions from the audience following their remarks. close
