A panel discussion was held on the role of the courts in handling media coverage of high-profile cases. David Levi moderated a panel of judges who have handled high-profile cases. Judge Walton presided over the Scooter Libby trial, Judge Millette handled one of the D.C. sniper cases, and Judge Ruckriegle handled the Kobe Bryant sexual assault case. Gary Hengstler of the National Judicial College trains judges to handle high-profile cases. David Sellers handles courts' management of high-profile issues and cases.
