  Ensuring Access to Lower-Cost Medicines for Seniors Act of 2023

  To provide for the review of the scheduling under the Controlled Substances Act of buprenorphine-naloxone combination products, and for other purposes.

  To amend the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1984 to increase oversight of pharmacy benefits manager services, and for other purposes.
