After attending a Security Council meeting, in which the council President read a statement condemning Iraqi prevention of weapons inspections, Ambassador Richardson spoke briefly with reporters. He stressed that he hoped the U.N. would continue to send strong messages and that Iraq would allow inspectors complete access to all sites. close
