Secretary Lamar Alexander spoke and mingled with a crowd while campaigning in Rye, New Hampshire. Mr. Alexander’s remarks focused on character issues, particularly President Bill Clinton’s character following allegations of sexual misconduct. He also laid out plans to abolish the tax code.
