Joe Lockhart spoke to reporters saying that good weather had helped the air campaign against Serbian military targets in Yugoslavia. He also said that the aircraft carrier USS Roosevelt had arrived in the region and that the U.S. would house 20,000 Kosovar refugees at the naval station at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. After a brief statement he answered questions from the reporters. close
