Former President Gerald Ford talked about his years at Yale Law School, his service in the Navy, and his time as a congressman and president. Gerald R. Ford was a Republican congressman from Michigan, serving in the U.S. House from 1949 to 1973, and was minority leader from 1965 to 1973. He served as the 38th president of the United States from 1974 to 1977.
