C-SPAN cameras followed FEMA officials as they visited the storm-ravaged areas of Oklahoma that were hit by severe tornadoes that killed 43 and caused millions of dollars in property damage. Federal government officials from FEMA, National Weather Service, and the Small Business Administration, and Salvation Army volunteers talked about the services that they provide in federal emergencies.
