The Senate agreed to S. Res. 308 to provide budget allocations for fiscal year 1991 to the Senate Committee on Appropriations. The Senate began consideration of H.R. 4328 to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 1991 and 1992 for the customs and trade agencies. A unanimous consent agreement was reached providing for the consideration of the conference report on S. 933 to establish a clear and comprehensive prohibition of discrimination on the basis of disability. close
