Saul Landau spoke on his experiences in Cuba in an address entitled, “Report from the Last Domino.” Mr. Landau spent a great deal of time in Cuba, including a visit during December of 1990, and he relates his observations on the social and political environment in Cuba. He also answers questions from the audience after his opening remarks. His opinion was that Cuban socialism was sick, but not dead, certainly not when compared to many of Cuba’s Latin American neighbors. close
