Kenneth Meeks talked about his book Driving While Black--Highways, Shopping Malls, Taxicabs, Sidewalks: What to Do If You Are a Victim of Racial Profiling, published by Broadway Books. In the book, the author defines racial profiling and offers advice for African-Americans and other minorities on deterring confrontational situations with police officers and seeking legal recourse for civil rights violations.
