Palm Beach County Canvassing Board members met in public to certify votes in the presidential election and to discuss proceeding with a manual recount of the vote. At issue was a ruling by Judge Terry Lewis requiring that the votes be certified by 5 p.m. and instructing the Secretary of State to consider any amendments to the vote should recounts change the totals. One canvassing board member and the county attorney were not identified on screen. close
