Secretary Cohen and other officials talked to reporters about a security review conducted in the wake of the terrorist bombing of the USS Cole. They said that the military had failed to devote adequate resources to security and lacked a coordinated strategy to gather intelligence with other government agencies. They also outlined several recommendations to improve security. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters. close
