The House convened, returning from a recess continuing the legislative day of March 27.

ORDER OF BUSINESS - Mr. Ney asked unanimous consent that it be in order at any time on the legislative day of March 27, 2001, without intervention of any point of order to consider H. Res. 84; that the resolution be considerd as read for amendment; that the amendment in the nature of a substitute recommended by the Committee on House Administration now printed in the resolution be considered as adopted; and that the previous question be considered as ordered on the resolution, as amended, to adoption without intervening motion except one hour of debate equally divided and controlled. Agreed to without objection.

Mr. Ney asked unanimous consent to consider pursuant to a previous order of the House.
