Col. Ahmed al-Robayan spoke to reporters in Riyadh on events concerning the Saudi military in the Persian Gulf war. He announced that after a long layoff, two SCUD missiles were launched by Iraq towards Riyadh, both of which broke up in flight without engagement from coalition forces' Patriot missiles. Four civilians were slightly wounded in the incident. close
