Saudi Arabian Army Colonel Ahmed Al Robayan spoke to reporters in Riyadh on events in the Persian Gulf war. He announced one SCUD had been launched toward Saudi Arabia, but had fallen into the Persian Gulf with no reported damage. Saudi forces held over 1,200 P.O.W.'s to date, Col. Robayan said. close
