Christina Hoff Sommers talked about her book, The War Against Boys: How Misguided Feminism Is Harming Our Young Men, published by Touchstone Books. The book asserts that America’s modern culture is biased against boys not girls, that boys have fallen behind girls socially and academically, and that the gap is widening. The author suggests cognitive future development of all children by principals and teachers, rather than focusing on boys and girls individually. After her prepared remarks Ms. Sommers answered questions from members of the audience. close
