Professor Epstein discussed his forthcoming book, Skepticism and Freedom: A Defense of Classical Liberalism, published by the University of Chicago Press. The author explained why he believes the current legal system in America is based on property rights, freedom of contract, and a government that is kept limited. He argued that unchecked skepticism as it applies to government can harm the foundation of this system. After his presentation he answered questions from members of the audience. close
