Ms. Felix discussed her biography Condi: The Condoleezza Rice Story, published by New Market Press. As a close confidant to President George W. Bush, National Security Advisor Condoleezza “Condi” Rice is considered by many to be the most influential woman in the history of the United States government. The book, the first biography of her life, is based on interviews with relatives, colleagues, friends, and teachers, and on previously published interviews and articles. It details her career as scholar, professor, provost and foreign policy advisor. Following Ms. Felix’s presentation, she responded to questions from members of the audience. close
