He said that he hoped his book would help people see the beauty of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, and convince them to preserve the refuge by defeating efforts to open ANWR for oil drilling. The book contained pictures taken by Mr. Banerjee, as well as essays by Mr. Banerjee and other writers. Following his presentation, Mr. Banerjee responded to questions from the audience.
