Following a closed-door hearing, the senators and other officials talked about the continuing search for Iraqi weapons of mass destruction. They claimed that the investigation was making solid progress, and urged patience. Former U.N. Chief Nuclear Weapons Inspector in Iraq David Kay said that evidence would not be released on a partial or piecemeal basis, and that a comprehensive and well-supported case would be presented when ready.
