The NALEO welcomed 60 new members who were elected or appointed to national, state and local status this year. Rep. Menendez, the first Latino elected chairman of the U.S. House Democratic Caucus, talked about Latino leadership and responsibilities in today’s world. He also talked about specific Latino issues.
