Author, Mark Tushnet, talked about his book "A Court Divided: The Rehnquist Court and the Future of Constitutional Law". Chief Justice Rehnquist served on the Supreme Court since 1972. Mr. Tushnet served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, and contends that the primary division in the court is not between liberals and conservatives; rather, between economic conservatives and social issue conservatives. close
