The Center for American Progress hosted a forum titled “Afghanistan, Four Years Later: Progress, Problems, and Prospects for the Future.” Participants of the first panel, which was moderated by Mr. Boorstin, talked about “Afghanistan: Implications for International Terrorism.” Members of the panel discussed Afghanistan’s links to international terrorist networks and the implications for U.S. security.
