Mr. Masci moderates a discussion of the major abortion cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. The cases Gonzalez v. Planned Parenthood and Gonzalez v. Carhart both addressed the constitutionality of the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003, and hinged on whether health risks alone should guarantee a woman access to a controversial late term abortion.
