Professor Makdisi talked about potential peace agreements between Israel and Palestinians as well as options available to Palestinians to resolve conflicts. He focused on past political maneuvering by the Israeli government to limit options available within the peace process, developing language and terminology that reflects the reality of the impasse between Israelis and Palestinians, and building a Palestinian narrative to confront the depiction of the solutions offered by the Israeli government and international diplomatic efforts.
