Representative Jane Harman, chair of the Homeland Security Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing and Terrorism Risk Assessment, was interviewed on stage by Mr. de Borchgrave. She talked about the resurgence of al Qaeda and the consequences for national security.
