The Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University sponsored a forum on international terrorism entitled, “Terrorism: A Review of 1991 and the Prospects for 1992.” Speakers at the forum included representatives of the Department of State and Department of Defense, the FBI, and the U.S. Information Agency, who analyzed the major acts of terrorism in the previous year, and the efforts made to combat them. close
