A panel discussion was held on the infrastructure repairs needed to ensure safe drinking water. Topics included the economic and security challenges facing federal, state, and local government as a result of aging sewer and water facilities, and recommendations for long-term solutions. The panelists responded to questions from members of the audience. Janet Kavinoky moderated. David Chavem made opening remarks and Hank Habicht made closing remarks.
