Authors of election forecasts discussed their 2008 election predictions. They are the authors of three of the nine forecast models that appeared in an election-themed symposium in the October 2008 issue of PS: Political Science and Politics, a journal of the American Political Science Association (APSA). Six of the nine presidential election forecasts predicted that Senator Obama would win the popular vote. James Thurber moderated this presentation at the National Press Club. close
