The list of books and authors includes Langston Hughes, The Invisible Man, the Bible, the children’s book Where the Wild Things Are, and E.L. Doctorow’s Ragtime. Topics included the importance of reading throughout his life and his own books, Dreams of My Father and The Audacity of Hope. The panelists also responded to questions from members of the audience.
