The Canadian Supreme Court heard the case Stephen Harper v. Omar Khadr. Omar Khadr in 2002 was picked up in Afghanistan when he was 15 years old and sent to Guantanamo Bay. Mr. Khadr is a Canadian citizen, and his lawyers say his rights were violated, and he should be sent back to Canada.
